Nov 11, 2008 · Schedule 10 should be about 1/8 wall? I would use 304 wire instead of 316. If you don't have rollers then get a piece of angle or channel for it to rest in to help with fitting it. Make sure to tack it good in a number of spots. Also you should find out the exact application of the finished piece because that can affect how you weld it.
